USDT payments eliminate chargebacks, payment disputes, and fraud — the three main issues with card billing for data subscription services. Once a USDT transaction confirms on-chain, settlement is final. There is no intermediary that can reverse the payment. For a data service with real-time infrastructure costs, this billing model ensures the subscription is legitimate before credentials are issued.
What is a 6-block confirmation and how long does it take? +
A block confirmation means your transaction has been included in a block on the blockchain and additional blocks have been mined on top. 6 confirmations is the standard threshold for irreversible settlement. On Ethereum this typically takes 15–30 minutes. On Tron (TRC-20) it is usually under 3 minutes. Your subscription activates automatically once NavScope's payment monitor detects 6 confirmations. No manual approval step.
Which USDT networks are supported? +
NavScope accepts USDT on ERC-20 (Ethereum mainnet and Polygon) and TRC-20 (Tron). Do not send USDT on other networks (BSC BEP-20, Solana SPL, etc.) unless confirmed in your payment details — unsupported network transfers cannot be recovered. Send only from a personal wallet, not from an exchange hot wallet, so your registered wallet address matches the sender address on-chain.
How do I renew my subscription? +
There is no automatic renewal — you initiate each renewal manually by sending the next period's USDT. NavScope sends you a renewal reminder 5 days before your subscription expires. Your MCP credentials remain active during the grace window (48 hours after expiry) to allow renewal without service interruption.
Are refunds available? +
Due to the nature of on-chain USDT settlement, refunds are issued as USDT credit to a future billing period rather than a reversal. If you experience a service outage exceeding your SLA (Enterprise tier) or a technical issue preventing you from using your subscription within the first 48 hours, contact support@navscope.io with your wallet address and transaction hash. We review each case individually.
